According to the requirements of China's energy-saving planning, provinces and urban areas continue to improve building energy conservation requirements, promote the development of green buildings, to implement building energy conservation work, the existing plastic doors and Windows and aluminum doors and Windows energy saving indicators have been far from meeting the green energy-saving building as the main supporting products, which also means that many products on the market will be eliminated.
At the same time, the energy saving of existing Windows in China is generally poor, and the energy consumption per unit area of Windows is 2 to 3 times that of developed countries, and the functional quality of Windows is poor. But the functional quality of the Windows has a huge impact on the health, comfort and living and working conditions of the occupants. Energy-saving doors and Windows have received widespread attention, and energy-saving building doors and Windows is a top priority.
I. Main innovations:
1, green energy-saving composite co-extruded profiles: the co-extruded layer of foam plastic is more than 4mm, and the micro-foam induration technology is added to the formula.
2, aluminum lining structure with dovetail groove: on the basis of German aluminum-plastic co-extrusion, the surface of aluminum lining profile is increased to form a dovetail groove structure, increase the strength of the profile, improve the bending strength of aluminum lining profile and the adhesion of foamed plastic.
3, the new process of high filling formula: In order to achieve the flame retardant performance of plastic, the formula is filled with more fillers, and the fluidity must be good, in order to meet the technical requirements of foamed plastic filled with aluminum liner.
4, composite co-extrusion mold: Because the plastic is continuously filled into the dovetail groove, special requirements are put forward for the design of the mold and the flow distribution of the plastic in the mold, pressure, temperature and time.
