1, the technical requirements of aluminum-plastic co-extrusion doors and Windows
The connection of aluminum-plastic window components should be firm, and corrosion-resistant filling materials should be used to make the connection part sealed and waterproof.
The structure of the aluminum-plastic window should have reliable rigidity, allowing reinforcement parts to be set as required.
Window frame, fan with tight clearance uniform. The allowable deviation of the lap width between the fan and the frame is +2㎜; -1㎜.
The installation position of the window accessories is correct, complete and firm, should play their respective roles, have sufficient strength, flexible opening and closing, and should be easy to replace in structure.
The quality of window glass, hardware, sealing and other accessories should be commensurate with the quality level of doors and Windows.
After assembly, the gap between the glass and the inlay groove should be ensured, and the shockabsorbing cushion block should be installed in the main part to cushion the impact of the opening force.
2. Technical requirements before construction
(1) Preparation
Before the installation of aluminum-plastic doors and Windows, project managers, designers and relevant leaders are required to fully negotiate with the use unit of the product and the civil construction unit in advance on the wall timing, wall steps, technical requirements, so as to cooperate with each other to ensure product quality.
(2) After the installation and matching of the materials, tools and equipment used in the installation parts, the following procedures should be carried out:
a, after the basic completion of civil structure engineering, check the size of the entrance, should meet the technical requirements of civil design drawings;
b, the width and height of the opening are adjusted to allow a difference of ±10㎜;
c, the vertical horizontal deviation of the total length of the hole shall not exceed 10㎜;
