Aluminium Sliding Doors and Windows

This provision not only guarantees that the overall heat transfer coefficient of the external window can be controlled within a certain range, but also guarantees the use of the indoor side of the winter surface temperature of the profile is higher than the dew point temperature. At present, the only materials available on the market are aluminium profiles or wood and plastic materials.

The external windows of passive houses are sealed with three sealing materials with good durability. If the sealing material of the external window with bad performance is used, the window itself will be easy to condense in the indoor side in winter, and the loss of the indoor ambient temperature of the passive house will be a very serious consequence.

Aluminium glass spacer is easy to cause indoor condensation. The glass spacer should be made of flexible warm edge spacer with good durability.

1. The performance of the transparent part of the external window used in passive house should be better than the profile, and too much separation will reduce the performance of the whole window.

2. Transparent part of the general use of three glass two cavity filled with argon warm edge strip or vacuum glass, too many different types of sizes will cause production line is difficult to scale mass production, manufacturers can not do inventory, resulting in increased production costs.

3. Too much separation itself caused by its processing and material costs, resulting in higher construction costs.
