1.Good sealing and waterproof performance

The arch-bridge-type glass support design and three-line seal prevent water from accumulating in the gap between the profile and the glass, thereby improving the airtightness, watertightness and thermal insulation performance of the entire window and preventing the intrusion of sand and dust.

2. Insulation

Insulating closed-cell sponge is used in the middle of the insulation strip, and PE foam material is used between the glass and the profile to reduce heat radiation and convection in the gap; the 64mm special-shaped insulation strips, winged insulation strips, glue-line insulation strips, and mesh insulation strips specially designed for the Eos system are used to reduce the heat transfer coefficient of aluminum and improve the thermal insulation performance of the entire window; 6 pairs of Low-e +16Ar warm edges + 6 pairs of low-e + 16Ar warm edges + 6 tempered insulating glass are configured to improve the thermal insulation performance while also having outstanding sound insulation performance.
