Product introduction:

 

1. 6063-T5/6060-T66 status; Homogenized cast rod.

2. The opening part of the curtain wall integrates the EOSS 101 series passive window products, equipped with high-performance glass, and the overall heat transfer coefficient K value reaches 0.8-1.0. Certified by the German Passive House Research Institute, it can be applied to passive buildings in hot summers and cold winters, as well as in extremely cold regions.

3. The cavity between the glass and the profile is made of insulated closed cell sponge, effectively improving the thermal convection and radiation phenomena inside the insulation strip cavity.

4. It can be matched with the EOSS flat opening series products (ES91 passive window, ES101 passive window, ES110 passive door) to meet the functional needs of different locations in buildings.

Thermal insulation design:

 

1. An auxiliary rubber strip has been added at the equal pressure rubber strip of the frame fan to reduce thermal convection between the frame fan.

2. High insulation materials are used between glass and profiles to reduce thermal radiation and convection at the gap, lower the linear heat transfer coefficient between glass and profiles, and thus improve the insulation performance of the nodes.

3.The ES101 series passive windows are equipped with Technoform 64mm special-shaped insulation strips, winged insulation strips, rubber wire insulation strips, and mesh insulation strips, which reduce the heat transfer coefficient of aluminum materials and improve the overall insulation performance of the window.

4. Fill the glass pressure line position with insulation cotton to improve the overall insulation performance of the window.

5. Configure 6 pairs of Low-e+18Ar warm edges+6 pairs of Low-e+18Ar warm edges+6 pairs of tempered insulating glass, which not only improves insulation performance, but also has outstanding sound insulation performance.
